Using an “If” block within a Workflow allows you to specify different steps to be taken depending on the input to the Workflow.
Specifying a set of conditions allows a set of steps to only be run when all those conditions are met. You can specify an optional Otherwise (i.e., “else”) set of steps in case those conditions are not met.
And, of course, you can have steps that run entirely outside the If/Then/Else block as well as other If steps.
